Terms of Service (Public Offer for Using the Space Tour Web Application)

This document constitutes the official offer (public offer) of Web Space Technology FZE, hereinafter referred to as the “Administration,” to any individual wishing to use the functionality of the Space Tour web application available at https://space-tour.pro. By using the web application, the user confirms that they have read, understand, and fully accept the terms of this offer.
Prohibited Content and Actions
The following is strictly prohibited on the platform:
Publishing images/videos involving individuals or legal entities without their consent
Distributing content related to drugs, violence, extremism, or any other violations of applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Users are fully responsible for any materials they upload.
The Administration reserves the right to remove any content violating this policy without notice, and to block the user’s account without refund.
Subscription and Payment
Users may purchase a paid subscription to access advanced features of the web application. Payments are charged automatically according to the selected plan.
Important: once a subscription payment is successfully processed, it is non-refundable.
Storage and Access to Materials
If a subscription is canceled, the user’s files (e.g., tour media) are stored in the cloud for 30 calendar days. After this period, the files are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. The tour project (tour structure) remains in the user’s account and can be reactivated upon renewing the subscription — users will need to re-upload deleted materials.
On the Free plan, materials are stored indefinitely; however, the Administration reserves the right to delete any data without notice at any time.
Switching Between Plans
When upgrading from a lower to a higher-level plan, the amount paid for the previous plan is converted into additional days of the new plan.
When downgrading to a lower-level plan, the subscription period is recalculated and extended based on the remaining balance. A downgrade is allowed once per billing cycle.
If additional features (e.g., floor plans, widgets, interface customization) were enabled in a higher plan, those features will become unavailable in existing tours once the user downgrades — such tours will be non-editable and non-viewable until the appropriate plan is reactivated.
All downloaded tours from paid plans will continue to work correctly on the user’s external servers, even after the subscription ends.
Data Storage Responsibility
All user-generated content (including images, virtual tours, and related files) is hosted on servers provided by vdsina.com. The Administration bears no responsibility for technical failures, data loss, service interruptions, or any other consequences resulting from third-party provider outages. In the event of full or partial server malfunction, vdsina.com is solely responsible for data recovery and infrastructure reliability.
Rights and Responsibilities of the Parties
User: – Must use the web application in accordance with applicable laws of the UAE and the terms of this offer – Is fully responsible for the content they upload and publish
Administration: – Ensures the technical functionality of the web application – Is not responsible for user actions or any content they post on the platform
Intellectual Property
All rights to the software, website structure, design, logos, and other interface elements of Space Tour belong to the rights holder of the web application. Copying, distributing, or using any materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.
