Step 5 — Publishing and Export

by Space Tour

Once the tour is complete, you can proceed to publishing.

1. Publishing the Tour

Click Publish to open the publishing page.

At this stage, you need to select the tour resolution.

The available resolution depends on your source panoramas and your current plan.

Available resolutions by plan:

  • Free — up to 4K
  • Air — up to 8K
  • Plus — up to 16K
  • Pro — up to 32K

The resolution is specified by the panorama width.

Since panoramas use a 2:1 aspect ratio, for example:

  • 8K ≈ 8000 × 4000 px
  • 32K ≈ 32000 × 16000 px

Select the desired quality and click Publish.

2. Publishing Process

After publishing starts, a progress indicator will appear.

You don’t have to wait for the process to finish:

  • you can close the page and continue working on other tours;
  • or open the tour link and wait for completion there.

In rare cases, with an unstable internet connection, the progress indicator may appear to be stuck.

Simply refresh the publishing page and the tour page — the current status will be displayed correctly.

This does not affect the publishing speed.

3. Access to the Published Tour

After publishing, the tour becomes available:

  • via a URL automatically generated based on the tour name(the URL structure was explained in Step 1);
  • via a QR code displayed on the screen.

Clicking the URL automatically copies it to the clipboard.

4. Actions with a Published Tour

Next to the URL, you’ll see three icons:

1) Open Tour

Opens the published tour in a new tab.

2) Download ZIP Archive

This is an offline version of the tour that can be:

  • uploaded to your own website or hosting;
  • used without an active subscription.

The ZIP archive link is stored for 7 days, after which it is automatically deleted.

Offline usage of tours will be covered in detail in Step 6.

3) Tour Export (iframe)

Opens a window with an iframe code that can be embedded into a website

(for example, Tilda, WordPress, and other platforms) in just one minute.

Important

While publishing, editing the current tour is not recommended.

The tour is assembled in stages, and changes may be included in the version being published.

You can continue editing other tours — this does not affect the publishing process.
